Pulled Pork Nachos with Leftover Pork

This recipe uses left over BBQ pulled pork that was cooked and shredded in the instant pot. It is a real treat that's layered with chips, lots of hot and spicy salsa flavors, cheese, refried beans, and black beans.

hot thick and chunky salsa
half of 24 ounces

jar
medium-hot thick and chunky salsa
half of 24 ounces

extra sharp cheddar cheese
or the amount you want to add

can
black beans
15.5 ounces

bag
Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Spread out nacho chips on the sheet pan.
In a bowl, mix together the salsa and refried beans.
Drain the liquid from the can of black beans.
Add the black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, and a little bit of the sharp cheddar cheese to the salsa and refried beans mixture. Mix together.
Heat the leftover pulled pork for about 5 minutes in the microwave.
Add the pulled pork to the salsa mixture. Mix well.
Spread the pulled pork and salsa mixture on the nacho chips.
Sprinkle the rest of the extra sharp cheddar cheese on the pulled pork and salsa mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Notes
The great thing about making

You can add any of your favorite toppings to this pulled pork recipe.
